Don't miss the return of The Apprentice tonight on BBC One, where legendary boardroom menace Sir Alan Sugar will begin his hunt for a new employee to join his multi-million pound empire.
"This year's show is the toughest one yet," he says of the first episode, which sees the hopefuls thrown in at the deep-end with the job of selling raw fish.
"They thought they were going to be off to their fancy house from the start to be all lovey-dovey, kissy-kissy, let's have some champagne."
Sugar says he's still loving the show, but it's his way or the highway - he hates it when TV producers try and interfere with the format:
"The producers have tried to tell me how to behave or what to say, but I just tell them to f*** off. No one tells me what to say. They're the rules."
